Refund Policy

At Algorek Edutech Private Limited, operating under the brand Algorek's SkillIt Academy™, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in our refund process. Please read the refund policy carefully before making a payment.

General Rule

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for any amount paid to the company, irrespective of payment mode, timing, or reason. This includes, but is not limited to, advance payments, full or partial payments, and loan-based payments.

1. Pre-Booking Refunds (Advance Payment)

Advance payments made as pre-booking are non-refundable. No refund requests will be entertained once payment is made.

2. One-Time or Partial Payment Refunds

All one-time or instalment-based payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the course has commenced or not.

3. Loan-Based Payment Refunds

All payments made under a loan financing option are non-refundable. Algorek Edutech Private Limited is not responsible for any loan-related disputes, cancellations, or EMI modifications. No refund shall be issued under any scenario once payment is processed.

4. Loan Foreclosure (Candidate-Initiated)

If a Candidate voluntarily chooses to foreclose the loan, the following applies:

The Candidate is solely responsible for coordinating with the loan provider.
Algorek Edutech Private Limited is not liable for any loan closure-related charges or proceedings.

Loan Foreclosure Formula: Disbursed Amount + Loan Closure Charges – EMIs Paid (if any)

5. Other Important Refund Conditions

a. Offline Mode Cancellations

Seat reservation charges and related costs are non-refundable once payment is made.
This cost covers infrastructure, resource allocation, and administrative overheads.

b. Course Change Restrictions

Changing the enrolled course is permitted only during the Demo Course Access Period.
After making partial/full payment, or once a loan has been disbursed, or after gaining access to course materials, course changes will not be permitted, and no refund can be initiated for such requests.

c. Loan and EMI Modifications

Once a loan has been approved, all matters related to EMI plans, tenure modifications, and KYC are the responsibility of the Candidate and the loan partner.
All matters related to loan and EMI are solely between the Candidate and the financial institution. Algorek Edutech private Limited does not issue refunds or intervene in such matters.
Algorek Edutech Private Limited shall not intervene or facilitate any post-approval loan modifications.

d. Mode of Learning Change

After gaining full access to course content, no refunds shall be provided for learning mode or batch changes.
In exceptional/emergency cases, a fee of ₹50,000 will be charged for changing the learning mode or batch.

e. Valid Communication Channel

All refund-related communication will be deemed invalid, as refunds are not applicable in any case.

Note: Refund requests made via chat, messaging apps, or phone calls will not be accepted or considered valid under any circumstances.
